“I was in extreme pain from a pulled muscle running down the left side of my neck into my left shoulder. I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t work, couldn’t function. I came into the office in tears. I was barely able to complete the paperwork and had to do it standing.
First Session, we did acupuncture and Gua Sha. Calming music, dimmed lights and an explanation of everything as it’s happening made me feel so safe and comfortable. I came in the next day for another treatment and did acupuncture with traditional Cupping.

"I was skeptical to try acupuncture (I’m terrified of needles) but I have been in so much pain with meralgia paresthetica. Burning pain in my left thigh and couldn’t stand more than 5 minutes or walk more than a few feet without getting pain. I would have to run to sit down.
So I finally went to the neurologist and after doing testing he said I should go to a neuro surgeon. I do not want surgery. So I figured let’s research other treatments. Some people said they had great results with acupuncture so I figured let’s give it a try.
After meeting Dr. Andrea and discussing the course of treatment I decided let’s give it a try. After the first two sessions I was standing in one spot, with very little pain, and after third session I decided to try to go for a walk. A mile later no pain in thigh.
I’m so excited to say it’s really working. Thank you BODHI TCM, Dr. Andrea and all other sweet staff!
