In this email, I want to show you how to use your ears to support your nervous system and help your body heal at home

In Chinese medicine, the entire body is mapped onto the ear

That makes it one of my favorite tools for both treatment and diagnosis.

When someone comes into the clinic, I often check the ears for signs of:

Tension or pain

Past injuries or surgeries

Imbalances in the body

In this email:

• A short video where I explain why the ear is so powerful

• A 2-minute acupressure routine you can try today

• Why you often get ear points during treatment

Try this:Here’s how to turn ear massage into a simple daily habit:

• Gently massage the entire ear with your thumbs and fingers

• Move slowly and look for sore or tender areas

• When you find one, stay there

• Press gently and breathe deeply for 10 to 20 seconds

• Repeat on both ears

That’s it.

This helps:

Relieve stress and tension

Improve sleep, digestion, and immunity

Calm the nervous system

Boost circulation

Even if you don’t know the exact points, your body does. The sore spots often show you where to focus.

What we do at Bodhi:You may have received ear acupuncture during your treatments with me.I use it often because it’s gentle, precise, and very effective.

It works well for:

Pain relief

Emotional balance

Organ support

Post-surgical recovery

Nervous system regulation

There are over 200 acupuncture points in the ear.Yes, that many, in such a small space.

I’ve taken entire seminars just on the ear and spent hundreds of hours studying it.

Each point connects to a specific part of the body:Organs, joints, spine, and even emotions.

This helps calm the body, improve recovery, and make your treatments more effective.

In health,

Dr. Andrea Izquierdo, L.Ac.
