In Chinese medicine, the entire body is mapped onto the ear.
That makes it one of my favorite tools for both treatment and diagnosis.
When someone comes into the clinic, I often check the ears for signs of:

Try this:Here’s how to turn ear massage into a simple daily habit:
• Gently massage the entire ear with your thumbs and fingers
• Move slowly and look for sore or tender areas
• When you find one, stay there
• Press gently and breathe deeply for 10 to 20 seconds
• Repeat on both ears
That’s it.
This helps:
✅ Relieve stress and tension
✅ Improve sleep, digestion, and immunity
✅ Calm the nervous system
✅ Boost circulation
Even if you don’t know the exact points, your body does.The sore spots often show you where to focus.
