"I have been having intermittent lower back/hip pain with numbness of my left leg for about 4 years. Doctors have mentioned “Sciatica” and said to do exercises. The pain keeps coming back.

On my first visit to Dr. A. I was walking with a walker and could not stand up straight. I also was not limber enough to put on my socks and shoes.
After several treatments I was able to ditch the walker and switch to a cane. I am also walking upright, no more stooping like an old man. AND, I am now able to easily put on socks and shoes. The numbness is completely gone and the pain is gone about 95% of the time and improving.

"I have had issues with sciatic pain for the last five years. My body was holding me a prisoner of my own body .During throughout these years I had seek medical help, from chiropractor and had been given muscle relaxers and even done months of physical therapy with very little improvement.
