I have been making this quick Chimichurri every week forever! It goes well not only with meats but it goes nicely with rice, potatoes you name it. It is really good for your immune system due to the anti-inflammatory properties of the ingredients.
Parsley (2 bunches)
Cilantro (2 bunches)
Garlic (1 head)
Olive oil (1/2 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste
Bell pepper (3 Tbsp)
Blend all the ingredients for 2 minutes and store in a mason jar in the fridge.
